Return & Refund Policy

At Arihant Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, blouses, crop tops, and altered/custom-stitched outfits are not eligible for return.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In such cases, we will arrange a free return pickup or reimburse your shipping charges.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
